EB-2/3 Green Card Attorney Services (Basic)

The attorney evaluates whether the applicant meets the eligibility requirements for EB-2/3 based on the applicant’s work experience, educational background, and the employer’s job requirements, and provides tailored advice to both the employer and the applicant.

Attorneys assist employers in completing the labor market advertising process and submitting a PERM application to demonstrate that there are no suitable U.S. workers available to fill the position, thereby satisfying the labor certification requirements.

The attorney will assist the applicant in preparing all necessary application documents, including employer letters of support, job descriptions, and the applicant’s academic credentials, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Upon approval of the PERM certification, the attorney will prepare and file the I-140 Immigrant Petition and ensure that all supporting documents are accurate and pass the USCIS review.

Our law office will maintain contact with the employer and the applicant to keep them informed of the progress of the application and to ensure a smooth application process.
