2Documentation and Preparation
We will help you prepare the following application documents:
- Form I-129
- Letter of explanation for your application
- 3 letters of recommendation
- Advisory Opinion Letter
- Other relevant materials that demonstrate your outstanding achievements

Payment of $2,500 prior to submissionWe will submit the application to USCIS as soon as it is ready and will provide client the tracking number.

4Payment of $1,500 when the application is approvedOur law office will continue to track the status of the petition and respond to any questions the client may have regarding the O-1 petition.
