NIW Evaluation

Applicant completes the assessment questionnaire and provides evidence of qualifications, such as awards, publications, and industry leadership.

The attorney will conduct a preliminary evaluation of the applicant’s professional background, research accomplishments, and industry contributions to determine whether the applicant meets the NIW application criteria, especially in terms of whether it is in the U.S. national interest

Based on the applicant’s specific situation, the attorney will issue a detailed evaluation report, providing specific recommendations to help the applicant understand his or her strengths and what additional materials may be needed.
