2PERM Labor CertificationAttorneys assist employers in completing the labor market advertising process and submitting a PERM application to demonstrate that there are no suitable U.S. workers available to fill the position, thereby satisfying the labor certification requirements.

3Preparation and Collection of DocumentsThe attorney will assist the applicant in preparing all necessary application documents, including employer letters of support, job descriptions, and the applicant’s academic credentials, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

4Immigrant Petition FilingUpon approval of the PERM certification, the attorney will prepare and file the I-140 Immigrant Petition and ensure that all supporting documents are accurate and pass the USCIS review.

5Petition Progress TrackingOur law office will maintain contact with the employer and the applicant to keep them informed of the progress of the application and to ensure a smooth application process.
