2Preparation and Collection of DocumentsThe attorney will assist the applicant in gathering supporting documents, including certificates of awards, letters of recommendation, published academic articles, or media reports.

3Drafting and Reviewing of Recommendation LetterThe attorney will assist the applicant in preparing or reviewing letters of recommendation to ensure that they highlight the applicant’s professionalism and contributions and meet the high standards of the EB-1 category.

4Petition Preparation and SubmissionThe attorney will prepare a detailed application package including personal statement, supporting documents, and letters of recommendation, and submit it to USCIS for review.
