EB-1 Evaluation

Applicant completes the assessment questionnaire and provides evidence of qualifications, such as awards, publications, and industry leadership.

The attorney will evaluate whether the applicant meets the criteria for EB-1A Outstanding Individual, EB-1B Outstanding Professor/Researcher, or EB-1C Multinational Executive based on the applicant’s academic background, work achievements, and industry experience.

Based on the applicant’s specific situation, the attorney will issue a thorough evaluation report, providing specific recommendations to help the applicant understand his or her strengths and what additional materials may be needed.
