Service and Payment Process

1Assessment and case strategyWe review your education, work history and the requirements of the offered position to confirm whether EB-2 or EB-3 applies, settle the job description, minimum requirements and worksite with your employer, and set the overall timeline.

2PERM labor certification ($4,500 on signing, paid by the employer)We obtain the prevailing wage determination, run the recruitment process and prepare and file the PERM application. Recruitment advertising costs of $2,500 – $4,500 are billed separately and are also paid by the employer, varying by worksite location.

3I-140 immigrant petition ($2,500 before filing)Once PERM is certified, we prepare the complete I-140 package, including the employer support documents, ability-to-pay evidence and your credentials, and file it with USCIS.

4I-485 adjustment of status ($1,500 per person)When your priority date is current we file the I-485, together with the work permit (EAD) and advance parole. Your spouse and unmarried children under 21 may file as dependents at $1,500 per person.

5Case trackingWe track every stage with the Department of Labor and USCIS and report each notice and decision promptly.
