360度解析移民局现场核查

拿到了H1B签证的小伙伴也还是要小心移民局现场核查。2017年4月3日，USCIS新增了对H1B签证项目实地考察的政策。

申请过H1B的小伙伴都知道，H1B申请费用中有一项是防欺诈费，金额高达500刀。这项费用用去哪里了呢？就是移民局的这个“现场核查”项目。

• Assist senior level Immigration Officers who conduct investigations to detect and deter immigration-related fraud and serves in a lead role under the Administrative Site and Visit Verification Program (ASVVP);
• Conduct site inspections which includes pre-adjudicated and post-adjudicated Religious Workers petitions, post-adjudicated H-1B and L-1A visa petitions, and supporting the EB-5 investor visa fraud program;
• Develop effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external entities as well as a variety of external private and public sector entities including law enforcement and intelligence agencies;
• Assist in the preparation of analyses designed to enhance policies and procedures relative to the detection immigration benefit fraud and the identification of persons who potentially pose a threat to national security and public safety.

哪些公司容易受到现场核查：

1）涉及到外包、外派的雇主；

2）H1B dependent雇主；

3）雇主基本信息无法通过正常途径验证。

注意事项：

1、现场核查不会提前通知！

2、现场核查时要记得要求前来核实的官员出示证明，证实他/她的确是移民局的核查官。

3、为了应对现场核查，请事先熟悉自己的H1B申请材料，包括你的工资、job duty、工作时长等。
