移民局官方消息已出！
2019财政年H1B Cap已停止收件
今年依旧递交人数远超移民局规定的8万5千名额！
然而需要注意的是，今年移民局着重强调了H1B Cap Multiple filings会被直接拒绝并退还材料。
这份关于Multiple filings的Policy Memorandum着重强调了Related Entities是会被直接拒绝的，连RFE的机会都没有。往年，移民局之禁止同一个公司为一个雇员file多份H-1B，今年“关联雇主（Related Entity）”也会直接被拒绝。
什么是H1B Cap Related Entity
移民局官方定义为：“Related entities” include petitioners, whether or not related through corporate ownership and control, that file cap-subject H-1B petitions for the same beneficiary for substantially the same job.
